Terrible service and even worse follow through. Original booking made online was never in the system when I showed up. Made another appointment in person where I was never given an estimate, electronics in booking made online was never in the system when I showed up. Service Advisor was very nice & pleasant to talk to. Advisors from previous visits are no longer there which seemed a little surprising. Disappointed that the service video is no longer offered. I looked it over and had to ask questions regarding comments and service codes on the sheet that I am not familiar with. This must be something new because it was the first time I have ever seen one.
