Still the payoff check i I am happy with the purchase & delivery of the vehicle. I have an very serious with the followup on loan payoff to DCU bank. Still the payoff check is not cleared. Initially they sent to wrong bank and when we try to follow-up with dealer no proper response to provide the tracking details of the check. It is almost 3 weeks now and Rick case failed to send the payoff (check) to DCU . Very horrible experience. More
