Service department is not very responsive to messages. It takes many constant calls to even get somebody to call back. Once the appointment is scheduled, the quality of service is good. Just like Rick Case Hyundai, Rick Case Mazda was friendly, honest, straightforward, and helpful in ways that other dealerships were not. While other dealerships falsely claimed that “everyone is doi friendly, honest, straightforward, and helpful in ways that other dealerships were not.
