The repair was executed well and I was pleased to be taken care of by AJ. My only quibble is how long it took to get done. My appointment was on the 4th. When I dropped the car off, I asked if all the needed parts were on hand for this common repair (oil pan gasket replacement) and I was told they were. The car was first assessed on the 6th and then I was told that they had to order a part (a part that was standard for this repaiir, not something unforeseen). The repair was finished by end of day on the 11th. My understanding of an appointment is that it is for a time when the work is ready to begin. Anyway,I am pleased with the result. Thank you. More
