2/12/2022, I have been searching for a X5 for several weeks to no avail. I even had a connection in the north east that contacted several of the dealerships he works with and they couldn't help him make weeks to no avail. I even had a connection in the north east that contacted several of the dealerships he works with and they couldn't help him make a deal. Everything is selling well over sticker price. I finally contacted Keaton Adams at Rick Hendrix BMW and I found the the X5 I was looking for at a great price. Keaton was the ultimate professional from the first phone call until I drove away in my 2020 X5. The entire Staff was wonderful ,courteous and Professional. Keaton surprised me the following day with a call asking how the ride home was since I lived 2 hours away. That's Exceptional in todays world. Needless to say my Wife and I will be going back to Purchase our next ride form Keaton in the near future. Thank you Keaton and the Staff at Rick Hendrick BMW!!!! More
