Customer service has significantly declined over the years. Used to be top notch, now you’re just a number. My service rep NEVER answered her telephone which was so frustrating...especially because I wo years. Used to be top notch, now you’re just a number. My service rep NEVER answered her telephone which was so frustrating...especially because I would call the main line and they would tell me she’s at her desk. They would transfer me and straight to voicemail I go! She would call back hours later or the following day. My car was at the dealership for a total of 5 weeks. Also very difficult to get a loaner vehicle. More

She assisted my Dad in getting my car serviced. Aside from the service light coming on they found problems with the brakes. They had hoped to have fixed the engine light issue but said if it came on agai from the service light coming on they found problems with the brakes. They had hoped to have fixed the engine light issue but said if it came on again to give the service department a call back. When the service light can on again he was able to contact her again to have that part included in my next service due at the end of the month. More
