BMW Service Visit The visit to the dealership went well. The only hiccup was that the BMW internet set up the visit and the dealership had no record of the internet app The visit to the dealership went well. The internet appointment said that my battery would be replaced, but the dealership said I didn't need it. There should have been better coordination between BMW internet and the local dealership. The dealership was very courteous and prompt. More
Lack of information when appointment made Car was in shop longer than I anticipated. Frankly, it should not take two days to identify and repair a leak in the driver's side window. Had I known in advance that the repair would not be started the same day the car was brought in, I would have opted for an early morning drop off instead of an 11:30am drop off. The extra day meant a second 100+ mile round trip from my home to the service center. Perhaps next time I will choose Hilton Head BMW. More

Best Service Department in Charleston I've never dealt with a better service center at any dealership. Everyone there is so good, especially my advisor Kristen, she makes the process so s I've never dealt with a better service center at any dealership. Everyone there is so good, especially my advisor Kristen, she makes the process so seamless it is a joy to have my car serviced and how often can you say that. The most unique part is that all of the advisors communicate with their customers as if you were the only one; via telephone and even answering emails. Great Service Department. More

Brought my 2019 X3 M40i to the service department to address a recall for the backup camera, check the ventilated seats lack of performance, check the radio failure to automatically shut off when the en address a recall for the backup camera, check the ventilated seats lack of performance, check the radio failure to automatically shut off when the engine is turned off and the driver’s side door is opened, and to have the vehicle serviced. The appointment was set for 9:30. Upon arrival we were greeted and directed to a service advisor to discuss the work to be done. Then directed to an I I associate responsible for issuing the loaner. I was informed about the progress by phone. The vehicle was finished at 6:00. All items appeared to have been addressed as Kristen Powell thoroughly discussed with me. I appreciated her friendly, helpful and expeditious approach. Everything about this service experience was 5 stars except that my vehicle was not washed. More

I bought a BMW X4 M on Saturday, November 30, 2019. The car buying experience was the best I’ve ever had. I usually prefer to buy over the internet because I dislike the process so much.
