Not courteous at all to the customer. This starts with the Inventory Manager. In addition the response from the Service Advisor has been extremely slow, still waiting to see if my PLATINU This starts with the Inventory Manager. In addition the response from the Service Advisor has been extremely slow, still waiting to see if my PLATINUM SERVICE contract covers the repair of an emergency brake clip, which it should as this was sold to me as a bumper to bumper warty. ($180.00 per month I am paying. I’ve been waiting two days and counting from your Service Advisor. Just some basic follow up and Customer Courtesy is that too much to ask? More
