I had an amazing experience at Rick Hendrick BMW. I ordered a car that I originally was going to take 4 months to come in but, it came in a month early! Everything about this experience went tremendously smooth, from order to purchase. Now let's talk about the people. Everyone at Rick Hendrick BMW is fantastic. Teresa is down to earth, personable, a joy to talk to and TRULY cares about her clients. She even came in on her day off for us! Not to mention, Teresa sold my husband and our best friend their BMWs YEARS ago. My husband hasn't had a BMW for the past 3 years and Teresa STILL calls him every year on his birthday. That's service! If you're looking to purchase a BMW, Teresa is your person, she won't let you down. Strom made the financing portion seamless and he was nice to my bank account! I was anxious going in being that it was the first time I bought a BRAND new car. I wasn't sure how much of a down payment I should put down or if I wanted to finance or lease. After 60 seconds of being in the office, my anxiety was gone. Strom talked us through everything, listened to our wants, and gave us the best options to choose from; all while engaging in fun (non-finance) conversation!! Then there was Adam, that guy knows his stuff when it comes to tech. Adam helped us set up our keys, My BMW app, and all of the car's settings. He explained everything in a way that was easy to follow, even if you're not a tech genius! I am so thankful that he made sure everything was programmed to our liking! Adam also made sure to let us know he is available if we ever have questions or even if we want to come back in to have him help us with the techy stuff! I got a BEAUTIFUL car (and I'm not even a car person) and had a wonderful experience with BMW. Everyone in that building truly makes you feel like you are part of their team. I look forward to continuing to work with them through servicing and future purchases. Thank you to everyone at Rick Hendrick BMW for being so welcoming and for turning me into a car lover!
