Rodent problem in our garage that we felt required immediate attention from Service department, not to repair at this time but to assess the problem so we could schedule a repair appointment. Staff was able to get me in quickly and service tech was able to look at the problem and advise the solution. Chad Tinti was my service advisor who explained everything clearly to me. While both he and the service tech advised problem was not something to worry about, I will go ahead with the repair once we are convinced the rodent problem is eliminated. What a great experience all around, can’t say enough about the team. More

I feel like I have been working with Terry Troutman for many years when, in fact, it’s maybe one year. My husband and I had a very long relationship with York BMW up in Ohio. 2 minutes ago New Bought a used BMW M3 50th anniversary on 9/28/2023, paid in full, the Hendricks dealership got a transporter to get the vehicle to Atlanta, upon arrival and inspection the front carbon fi on 9/28/2023, paid in full, the Hendricks dealership got a transporter to get the vehicle to Atlanta, upon arrival and inspection the front carbon fiber lip was cracked, asked the dealership to get with transporter to cover the repair since it’s a transporter they chose, got ignored. The company’s name is Gigi auto. Contacted the transporter, sent estimate, no answer. Sent numerous emails to the dealership and got of course ignored by Lowery William and Lauterbach Eric. Screenshots attached from conversations with the sales person as soon as vehicle was delivered. We’re 8 months into it and still nothing got resolved. The only thing you get once you pay for a car is ignored. Needless to say I got stuck with a $6800.00 bill to cover myself since neither the dealership or their transporter want to take responsibility. More
