This was my first visit to this dealership. I thought I would be overwhelmed, but it was a great experience. I came in for a recall, and as expected, I received a list of items that need my att I thought I would be overwhelmed, but it was a great experience. I appreciated the video of my vehicle and the voiceover from the technician. It was easy to understand and I like the fact that I knew what he was talking about and it made sense. Alli, my service advisor, Was easy to deal with, and she was very knowledgeable. She put me at ease and again, it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be back. More
I made an appointment to repair my rear passenger window, which was shattered. I was told the part would be ordered. It wasn't. I called the day before to check if it was in, was passed to a couple of peop which was shattered. I was told the part would be ordered. It wasn't. I called the day before to check if it was in, was passed to a couple of people and the last one said she was sending a message to the appropriate area and they would call me. They didn't. The part was not ordered. So they had to keep the car for another day. There were no loaner cars available, but they sent me home in a Lyft. They were unable to approve a Lyft for me to get back to pick up the car. So I had to get an Uber myself. They did a nice job and cleaned up all the glass. They sent a nice video describing what was done on my scheduled maintenance. More
