I just had a flat tire that needed replacing which I’ve had done here before but my bmw rep was not as friendly and overly helpful as usual. I was a little taken back by it as I had a question about someth had done here before but my bmw rep was not as friendly and overly helpful as usual. I was a little taken back by it as I had a question about something but he did not listen to what I said even after saying it twice. The video cut off what the tech was saying and my tech rep just. Lee it off twice that the inspection video is just not as long for a tire replacement. But I’ve had it done before and it was different. I just expected to be listened to a bit more. More

I think the service department personnel were very efficient. HOWEVER, I had a nail in my tire and they told me the tire needed replacement ($350).
