This was my third BMW purchase, first from Rick Hendrick. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. They don't respond to on-line inquiries; they don't answer the phone. The recording on the phone The service was the worst I have ever experienced. They don't respond to on-line inquiries; they don't answer the phone. The recording on the phone goes in a continuous loop back to the greeting no matter which option you choose. So I just went to the dealership and practically had to sell the car to myself. They can't find paint chips (I finally suggested they ask the body shop). They can't find Owner's Manual or Warranty information (I finally bought them on E-bay). I ordered my own CarFax report. I arrive to pick up my car - it's not ready. Finally, I'm about to take possession of the car, and NO ONE has asked for payment! So in addition to selling myself the car, I had to complete the transaction for them! Two stars because I do like the car. It actually came from a Dealership in Charlotte. More
The absolute worst service I’ve EVER RECEIVED from RICK HENDRICK BMW SERVICE. If I could give 0 starts I would. I went in for one thing, was recommend to get other things, the service I initially requested HENDRICK BMW SERVICE. If I could give 0 starts I would. I went in for one thing, was recommend to get other things, the service I initially requested to get I couldn’t get UNLESS I did the recommended service. They ended up doing the service I initially came for after I told them I’d reschedule. (Because they told me I couldn’t get one without the other) Advisor told me that he went back and the service wasn’t done after telling me it was. He tried to charge me almost 150 more than what I pay for an oil change. Long story short they put break pads on my car after telling me they didn’t/couldnt . And my breaks started being weird after I left. I’ve owned a BMW since 2014 and this is by far the worst service, I’ve ever experienced. More
