The Rick Hendrick dealership was bright, attractive and clean. Also, they had many vehicles in their inventory and on the lot to see. She went the extra mile to research vehicle availability, communicate and ultimately place our Build to Order X3 with the factory. She tracked our car though production, which came to the dealership remarkably fast. When Teresa was unavailable, Steve Prescott quickly stepped in to handle communications and order details.
