Yes, please pass on my comments to management at Rick Hendrick BMW of Charleston. Tom Heater, Client Advisor was extremely helpful. Although I've owned and still own other BMWs, I haven't followed the Hendrick BMW of Charleston. Tom Heater, Client Advisor was extremely helpful. Although I've owned and still own other BMWs, I haven't followed the brand in quite some time. After listening to my concerns and objectives for another vehicle, Tom brought me up to speed and gave me a thorough overview of the X3 and X4 models as well as the differences from the X1 and X5 platforms to help me narrow my search. From there, Tom helped me source a high quality, low mileage certified BMW X3 in the color and optional equipment I was looking for. He is extremely easy to work with, very knowledgeable, professional and patient as it took several visits and iterations of available cars to review as well as finance options. He is truly a professional operating at the highest level. I might also add that my journey started with a desire to purchase a completely different type of vehicle from another brand so he had quite the challenge to overcome and win me over.
