Very disappointed with Hendrick's service departments (CLT & CHS) and BMW in general. Had car serviced in CLT and then when we were in CHS area it wouldn't start. Sam Martin did a great job in showing us the differences between different models and makes. After his patient presentation we did decide on the BMW 530i. Many times with a purchase of this magnitude you le between different models and makes. After his patient presentation we did decide on the BMW 530i. Many times with a purchase of this magnitude you leave with some sort of buyers remorse. Not this time however. We felt very comfortable and pleased with our decision when we left.
