After waiting over one month for parts, and having to regularly check in for status updates, I was told the AC repairs for my 2015 i3 were too expensive to consider. Upon picking up my car I found they regularly check in for status updates, I was told the AC repairs for my 2015 i3 were too expensive to consider. Upon picking up my car I found they had left the passenger window open during a tropical storm, soaking the leather seats and floorboard. Three tires had low pressure alerts, there was a new airbag alert and a new scratch in the side fender. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer, or unfortunately a BMW electric car. More
