The service department continues to be the shining star of the Dealership. Had a minor issue with car and took in at scheduled time for service. Arrived was greeted properly by Matt and then worked with of the Dealership. Had a minor issue with car and took in at scheduled time for service. Arrived was greeted properly by Matt and then worked with Nicole. Like most cars they don't have all the parts so having a loaner was helpful. Nicole called with detail about repair and once completed she notified me. NO guessing and it was along the timeline we discussed. Super easy to deal with! More
The issues were with the service desk associate. It was clear he was having a bad day. Didn’t communicate until it was too late and then he was snappy, unhelpful and demeaning to me. I recently purchased a 2020 BMW M550i working with Steven Hilburn. I was an out-of-state purchaser. A couple of things . . . 1. They reserved the car for me without a deposit. Granted deposits are refundable at most, if not all, dealerships but the extra customer service was greatly appreciated. 2. Always good to see the car yourself. Everyone has a different standard. Steven did a good representation of the car, but I am fairly picky. That said, a 40k mile car is going to have its share of wear and tear. There was little to no wiggle room on the price but in fairness, the car was super speced and at a fair price so I was okay. Great experience with Steven and Rick Hendrick and highly recommended. More

Let me start by saying that all the people we worked with were A #1 Outstanding. My gripe is that it sometimes is difficult to obtain a timely service appointment. It's even more difficult to schedule a loaner vehicle. Special kudos to Jake Bowers and the other service reps and also to the tech who inspected and serviced our X7.
