He greeted me kindly and professionally, not an easy task for anyone first thing on a cold rainy, weekend morning. My car was taken care of professionally by Ed Meredith and it was recommended that I replace my battery. I don't know if it was because my appointment was on a Saturday, but I was not greeted, offered to have a seat or anything. It seemed like it was a nuissance to receive my car. I had a loaner, and for the Saturday, but I was not greeted, offered to have a seat or anything. It seemed like it was a nuissance to receive my car. I had a loaner, and for the paperwork I signed on his phone, we never went out to the car to check if there was any damage on it, he just said to not bring it back with more damage than it already had. When my car was ready it was not washed, I had to ask to get it washed. It seems like customer service is not 5 star as it used to be. I have never had a bad or mediocre experience. More
My service advisor, Jimmy Corder got me in for an oil change as soon as I arrived. Jimmy recommended a couple of additional items for service, that were not part of the oil and filter change. There was n change as soon as I arrived. Jimmy recommended a couple of additional items for service, that were not part of the oil and filter change. There was no pressure, just suggested additional maintenance items. He agreed that with the low mileage on my X3, the items could wait. I’m very pleased with my BMW, and from sales to service my experience with Rick Hendrick has always been outstanding. More
