Need to write another great review! I keep my new BMW at my condo on Seabrook Island, SC which is an alternate work location for me. I am there 10 days per month. Tom Heater personally drove to my condo which is a long way away and personally put the license plate and cover on my car. In my lifetime, I have never enjoyed a dealership more than this. They go above and beyond the call of duty with service. I went in to Rick Henderson BMW to look at a used vehicle that I found online. I walked in to look at the car and it was filthy, not a great start. However after a test drive I decided I liked the car, we sa that I found online. I walked in to look at the car and it was filthy, not a great start. However after a test drive I decided I liked the car, we sat down and started going through negotiations, we arrived at a fair price and I signed an intent to buy. The salesman assured me he would place a sold sign on the car and I would be able to pick it up later in the week. We got financing lined up and I went in to pick up the car the next day only To find out they sold the car to another buyer. If this is how they treat Active duty military I want no part of giving them my business and I will tell anybody else who I talk to to do the same. More
