I had a nice visit with Rick Hendrick BMW. The sales people were friendly, and the Finance person had me out of his office pretty quickly. Purchased a Bmw from Tampa. Financed, wired down payment and got the Bmw m6 in a few days. Ed ward was instrumental in easy process. I asked for additional pictures and it was handled in a timely manner. Re and got the Bmw m6 in a few days. Ed ward was instrumental in easy process. Service reps were friendly and professional. When they found they could not finish the work on the same day they called to let me know. Fortunately, I had a loaner so there was no problem. Took the time to help us understand all the nuances of the new electronics. So far the car is great. Does have at least 2 issues missing that my wife’s Nissan HAS . No emergency braking and no audio a the new electronics. So far the car is great. Does have at least 2 issues missing that my wife’s Nissan HAS . No emergency braking and no audio alert when changing lanes if there is blind spot traffic. Also have to request navigation manual, was not included More
