Took the time to help us understand all the nuances of the new electronics. So far the car is great. Does have at least 2 issues missing that my wife’s Nissan HAS . Had an issue with a maintenance agreement during our transition to BMW Southpoint in Durham. Tyler Morris, John Fulp and Jonathan ? in finance worked on the issue and got it all resolved. I contacted the dealership while visiting from out of town to inspect and potentially repair an a/c issue. While I did not actually agree to the repair, I will say that the urgency and attention to my is town to inspect and potentially repair an a/c issue. I have a had a lot of experience at this dealership. They always do good work and I can't complain about that aspect of their services. The only issue that I have had was that upon completion of maintenance always do good work and I can't complain about that aspect of their services. The only issue that I have had was that upon completion of maintenance during my latest visit (October 10th 2020) I noticed that money was missing from my car. When I opened (unlocked) the center console about 2 days after service ( Also the first time that I drove my car other than back home) to get my phone charger out of the console, I noticed the bank envelope that I keep emergency money in for gas in the event that I lose my wallet was missing. As I am the only person that drives and has access to the vehicle and there is no evidence of my car being broken into I have no other explanation than that it was taken at the dealership. I had my laptop for work in the car still and other valuables that weren't touched in the slightest which a common thief would have taken without hesitation looking for a quick buck. I think that I wasn't meant to recognize the cash missing seeing that it isn't something immediately noticeable. I mean after all my center console was locked when I left the car in their care and it was locked afterwards so I didn't think anything of it. I genuinely trusted them because I had taken my car there multiple time in just the last few months and haven't had this problem before. In reality it wasn't a lot of money ($50) but I tore that car apart looking for that money out of concern that someone at the dealership had taken my money and that I don't feel comfortable with a dealership's employees snooping through my car looking for something to quickly swipe. I never did find the money and I've spent the last two weeks trying to figure anything out that doesn't blame the dealership but I can't figure anything else out especially when I distinctly locked the console with the money in the console before I dropped off the car with 100% certainty. In all honesty I hate to write this review because they have been nothing but kind and fair to me in the past but I can't help but think twice if I will ever return for service. I just don't feel comfortable after being in this situation. More
