The service rep was very professional and did a great job. I was amazed how few employees did not wear masks. While waiting for my car I walked into the showroom and most people had their masks down. I w job. I was amazed how few employees did not wear masks. While waiting for my car I walked into the showroom and most people had their masks down. I went to the service waiting area and many of those walking from the showroom to the restroom did not have masks on. Finally I went outside and sat at the table. Many Hendrick staff members that walked outside immediately pulled their masks down. Even a few that got in cars to wipe them down did not have their masks on. Unfortunately, I'm considered high risk and can't take a chance of returning. More
