Brought my BMW M240i in for it's first service and Nicole got my car in right away and had back on the road. I also received a video inspection from the tech Kevin Jewett, very professional. The dealership is very good. The problem was I got the car 2 months after the delivery due date. Then, because the car came so late, the blue book value had gone down by $500. Great experience with some minor issues with my M car. Personally felt dealer was going to be best avenue for resolving. Scheduled appointment was easy and Nicole walked me through the process. I had to wait 24 hrs to get my tire looked at bc RHBMW has rule you have to wait in their crowded waiting room -INSIDE - DURING COVID - or you get pushed to end of service line, even tho I had an appt. AND, while waiting for someone to check me in, inside service checkin lobby, a service employee and customer were MASK-less, chatting away. NOT SAFE, NOR EFFICIENT. More
