Kimberly, took the time to explain various Cadillac crossovers comparable to mine and thoroughly answer my questions, which I found her Cadillac knowledge and demonstrations of the different crossover models professionally impressive which intrigued me to purchase another Cadillac from Rick Hendrick and Kimberly White. My Car had 121 miles on it when taken to Rick Hendrick Cadillac for repair. Problems started at 101 miles. The Service department never updates me, and I have to initiate the call. Justin, the service manager, says he will take it home on Thursday, and I can pick it up on Friday if all is well, then again on Friday; he says the same, then he goes home for the weekend without a text or email update to me. Service got three stars because I can get an updated half of the time. First GM car I have purchased in 61 years on this earth and the last time! The service department is likely to be in procession of my car more than me this week :( More
