Excellent buying experience (twice!) In January 2019 I purchased my second vehicle from this dealership and I could not be more satisfied. Back in 2014, I purchased a new Camaro RS Conver In January 2019 I purchased my second vehicle from this dealership and I could not be more satisfied. Back in 2014, I purchased a new Camaro RS Convertible, and the buying experience was comfortable and easy, and my salesperson - Dan Sharon - made sure I was completely satisfied. After enjoying the car for four years, I returned to trade in my 14 for a 2018 2SS Convertible. As I was driving from DC to Richmond, Dan Sharon was able to work out a lot of the paperwork prior to my arrival so that once I arrived at the dealer, trading in my 14 and driving home in my 18 was fast and easy. I love my new car, and will return to Dan at Hendrick when the time comes to upgrade again. Thanks to Dan and the staff at Hendrick for making the buying process a great experience twice! Highly recommend the team at Hendrick! More

Absolutely no customer service! Went to look at cars, walked around at least 20 minutes outside. Thought maybe they wete short staffed because of the holiday so we went inside. 3 p Went to look at cars, walked around at least 20 minutes outside. Thought maybe they wete short staffed because of the holiday so we went inside. 3 people hanging around a desk, 1 at a desk, one busy with customers. We stood there with no acknowledgment, hello or any eye contact from any employees for at least 5 minutes before we walked out and drove away. No customer service at all. More
