Customer Service I have visited this location numerous times to conduct business, ask questions, and purchase parts for my vehicle. I have delt with the General Manage I have visited this location numerous times to conduct business, ask questions, and purchase parts for my vehicle. I have delt with the General Manager first hand and several employees from service to collision. Every visit has always been a great expiernce and everyone at this dealership goes above and beyound to help you even if it's not there specific job. I have a dealership 10 minutes from my house but I refuse to go there because of a the customer service. I will continue to drive from on side of the river to the other because of the great customer service and people. More

Lack of quality control The paint has a fisheye in it, it was NOT blended with the adjcent panel, the rear end was messed up leaking ALL of the gear Fluid, the front fascia w The paint has a fisheye in it, it was NOT blended with the adjcent panel, the rear end was messed up leaking ALL of the gear Fluid, the front fascia was not replaced and when it was it was not put on all the way, the interior And exterior of my vehicle were dirty after the vehicle was at the dealership for approximately 15 weeks, a rim is believed to Still be bent from the collision as the WRONG ONE was checked and balanced and i was ignored and lied to regarding my EXPLICIT directions NOT to mess with the air pressure in my tires!!!! The visit, experience And the attention to the macro issues As well as the details were a complete utter disaster and failure!!!! Furthermore after all of the rear axle fluid leaked onto my rear brakes fhey have squealed ever since picking the vehicle up. More
