I found a 2022 Honda Pilot online at a Hendrick dealer in NC and contacted the dealership here in Richmond and made an appointment to get a price on site. It’s was like heees the price take it or leave it we don’t make much off these sales away. I got the feeling I was wasting their time. The commutation was the lacking. I’m 71 years old and have purchase vehicles since I was 16 and have never experienced such. I called, texted and emailed many times through this process with days going by without response. I completed the purchase but waited two weeks for a license plate bracket that came with screws, I was told to go the auto zone. When I asked about the state inspections and oil changes that I understood I would get I was told that the Honda did not qualify because it’s a GMC dealership. Now all that said Alex was new to the dealership and was professional and helpful. I guess to recap it was not a good experience but I love the Honda so far. I still need to figure out the warranty and roadside assistance as no one really explained it. Thank you. More
