I had the opportunity to purchase a new vehicle from Hendrick Chevrolet and had a great experience. I worked with Justin Guthrie, and he was an excellent sales advisor. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing, friendly, and great to work with. If purchasing at Hendrick, give Justin a call. From the initial outreach, he was courteous and professional. We set a time to meet, he had the vehicle waiting for me to go on a test drive, and then he kept the paperwork moving in an efficient manner. From when I walked in to the dealership to exit with the truck, we got the deal done in about 3 hours or so which was fantastic. Great team over there overall, and great experience buying with them. This dealership deserves a “5-Star” rating insofar as the quality of service given and of my regular service advisor Stanley McKay. Actually not the the cost of “service” per se, but the entire concept of “diagnostic fees” and its exorbitant cost! 9more than $200!!!) It used to be that if a person received an estimate on work that was to be performed, there would be no “diagnostic fees” if the person had the work done; unfortunately, that concept went by the wayside as did the dodo bird. However - as I stated - Stanley is a solid “5” as is the quality of the repairs performed by this dealership. More

Getting ready for a day of Christmas shopping, my Terrain would not start. We got it jumped and I arrived at the dealership. The service team was wonderful and took care of replacing the battery. My day was would not start. We got it jumped and I arrived at the dealership. The service team was wonderful and took care of replacing the battery. My day was somewhat delayed but still successful.
