I thought the service and the vehicle were subpar. The salesperson, Nabin Magar, when asked about whether or not the vehicle came with a garage opener, he claimed it did and said all we had to do was The salesperson, Nabin Magar, when asked about whether or not the vehicle came with a garage opener, he claimed it did and said all we had to do was program it with our remote. The problem was that particular vehicle didn't come with a garage door opener, which he could have checked online, with a more seasoned associate, or his manager. The remedy to the situation was less than 300.00 and that includes installation. 3 days after I brought the car the left tire blew. When I asked about chevy covering the cost of the tire, Nabin informed me that his manager said chevy WILL NOT cover it and that cost will be on me as the buyer. Now , this is a 2027 equinox with less than 100 mi on it. Which means chevy buys inferior tires. Tires are essential to road safety which is paramount when driving. Substandard salesperson.
