Throughout the entire process, Nicole and the team were very attentive to our needs and what we were trying to accomplish financially. My wife and I were going back and forth on FaceTime trying to decide exactly what we wanted, and they were incredibly patient, personable, and never made us feel rushed while we figured everything out. I also had to come in after work, and the team was willing to stay late to get everything finalized and make sure I was able to drive the truck home the same day, which I really appreciated. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel stressful, but they made the experience smooth, professional, and comfortable from start to finish.
