Im usually not one to write reviews, but I will not let this one go that easily. I want everyone to be aware of this place. I am apauled by the lack of professionalism and customer service I have experienc this one go that easily. I want everyone to be aware of this place. I am apauled by the lack of professionalism and customer service I have experienced with this dealership. It started when I found a truck that I liked and I called the dealership to ask if it was still available and the lady that I spoke with said it was. I came in the next day and sat down with my salesperson. He asked me what the stock number of the truck was and I gave it to him. He looked it up and then said, I’m sorry my friend, but this truck has been sold. It already has a deposit on it. Of course I was very upset because I wasted my time. He then said well we have another shipment of trucks coming in towards the end of the month and one of the trucks was the same color and style that I wanted so we sat down and negotiated a price. He printed of the specs of the truck and we went down the list of everything the truck came with. I told him that I want to purchase the truck and so I bought the truck that day. It took a few weeks and the truck arrived to the dealership. I then received a call from my salesperson (Miguel) giving me some bad news about the truck. He told me that the truck’s bumper had been scuffed up and there was paint that came off of whatever it was leaning against during transport. He asked if I wanted to pick it up like that? I said, absolutely not! You guys need to fix it and I told him that I am very upset and that there needs to be something done. He told me that they are sending it to the body shop to get it worked on. A week went by and I came to pick up the truck and to talk to a sales manager. When I came to look at the bumper I was not satisfied with the paint job. Clearly you could see imperfections in the paint and i told them that I wasn’t happy with the job. The sales manager (Mr. Wolfe) came out and I said I’m sure you are familiar with what happened. I continued to tell him that I was very upset because I bought the truck brand new and before it even hit the lot it was already going to the body shop. I told him that I would be okay if they could at minimum put on a tonneau cover for the bed and that would make it a little better for me as the customer. He said okay well we can only give you $500 dollars towards the cover. I said, absolutely not! I came in to purchase a brand new truck not one that has been damaged! This is the least you can do. He then continued to say that’s the most they can do. I said well I don’t want the truck if that’s the case. It took about an hour of us going back and forth and finally he made a phone call to GM from what he said and he said that he would be able to get the cover put on for free. I felt a little better about the situation. So then I was directed to another sales manager (Sedrick Baker) I told him the cover that I wanted and gave him the item number and also I wanted the Silverado and LT decals blacked out. I also asked him about the Durabed bed liner that the truck was supposed to come with according to the specs. I gave him the paper with all the specs and he said that sometimes the trucks come in without the bed liner and that usually it gets put on when the truck gets to the dealership. We went to parts and gave them all the information. I was going on a trip to Europe so I said you guys have 10 days to work on it. In a way I was somewhat relived. 10 days goes by and I get back into the states and call my salesperson (Miguel) and told him that I was back in town and if the truck was ready to pick up. I go in and look at the truck. The bed cover that I told them to put on was one that was in a matte black finish. They took it upon themselves to put a shiny cover instead. Also the bed liner that was in the specs of the truck was also not installed (at all. )Plus the paint job on the bumper that they were supposed to correct looked worse than the initial paint job. I was livid! I told my salesperson Miguel that I wanted to speak to Mr. Wolfe. He came out and I told him that nothing that was supposed to be done to the truck was done correctly. I said the cover that I wanted was supposed to be the one in The Matte black finish. He had a dumb look on his face and said that it was a free cover and that I shouldn’t complain. Are. You. Serious.? I also said when I bought the truck I went down the list of specs with my salesperson (Miguel) and it was supposed to come with a Durabed bed liner. He then had the audacity to say that I’m looking for free stuff! No! I’m expecting to get what I paid for! Also when they put on the blacked out Silverado LT decals they didn’t even bother to remove the glue residue from the old decals. If I knew that this nightmare would happen I would have never gave these crooks my business! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The worst buying experience I’ve ever had. I want to let as many people as I know to never buy from this dealership. I wish I would have done some research and read some reviews before coming to this place. I hope that nobody has to go through what I went through with these crooks! More
Brandon Brayboy was excellent to deal with, no hassle, he delivered exactly what we were looking for in a 2023 Tahoe Z71, came in for a 2022! I have always been treated with kindness and best recommendations as it pertained to repairing my truck. The service team has always gone out of their to provide my with the best service! Only recently have a looked into and purchased a pre-owned vehicle and that experience has been just as great as the service I have received over the 15+ years! Thank you for the support! More
