I have taken my 2019 Trax 4 times to repair my navigation system. They've put 4 new ones in and today, it stuck again with stereo on with black screen and no way to turn off..up or down volume. I'm about to system. They've put 4 new ones in and today, it stuck again with stereo on with black screen and no way to turn off..up or down volume. I'm about to give it back to them. I'm sure it's probably a computer chip they don't want to replace because it's still under warranty... They just don't want to make it right... I'm fed up!!!! More

I called about a truck that was listed online to confirm availability. They confirmed that the truck was available so we immediately drove 2hours to the dealership. I asked them to PLEASE let me know if the availability. They confirmed that the truck was available so we immediately drove 2hours to the dealership. I asked them to PLEASE let me know if the status changed before we arrived since we were traveling specifically for the truck. We arrived and were told the truck had sold. I told them that I was first in line and that the conversation they were having with me should have been with the other person. They apologized and confirmed that there was nothing they could do except order me another truck in. This was EXTREMELY frustrating since we were on vacation and had already been in the car all day and a couple days before. This was time AND fuel, completed wasted. If you buy from this company, better not rely on them to communicate, honor their word or offer much more than an “I’m sorry” when they are at fault. I gave them one star (instead of zero) because salesman Eddie, who was caught in the middle of it, seemed sincerely sorry. More
