Used Buyers Beware! I will start out by saying, these guys are super friendly, but now I will chalk it up to typical used car salesmen. They seem to have a great team culture and no doubt they work well together. As a customer, that is the where the positive customer experience falls off a cliff. They will make every promise they can to get you to sign the papers and drive off the lot, and they will never honor a single thing they say. I made many attempts to reach them over 9-months and have waited to write this review to provide them ample time to make good on their commitments, but they no longer return calls. I bought a fully loaded, top of the line 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from here in October 2021. Due to the used car market, I went in with the full intention and expectation to pay full dealer price on the vehicle. When I went to take possession, the driver side tail light was broken, the UConnect screen was delaminating, and the car was FILTHY. Donny Wilson, the Used Vehicle Sales Manager, put in writing that they would replace the tail light and the screen at their cost, and after 9-months, they have yet to make good on these commitments. In April 2022, without any other options, I sent an email to Steve Ostrovich, the Dealership General Manager, who also never responded. Lessons learned, never take possession of a large purchase without having everything completely in order. Rick Hendrick of Duluth will do anything they can to get your money and then they could care less about anything else. Good luck to anyone who shops here. More
