The salesperson went over and beyond to make my experience perfect. Unfortunately for him, his manager asked for 20k more for a used Tahoe LT (91k) than it's worth. Then had the audacity to ask me experience perfect. Unfortunately for him, his manager asked for 20k more for a used Tahoe LT (91k) than it's worth. Then had the audacity to ask me what I can afford. (*Note, I can buy anything on the lot cash, but I'm not a moron or enticed by low monthly prices) I had to go to another dealership due to this lack of respect from management. With better leadership and morals, this could be a 5 star establishment. I really appreciate sales the sales associate Eddie/Ed Cano? going over and beyond and I hate that management tries to stereotype people for pricing. It's xxxx poor managing. This individual (management) is on borrowed time with these ethics and hopefully this dealership will have better leadership in the future (hopefully ownership values ethics over railing their clientale). I ended up getting the upgraded brand new version of Tahoe (High Country) for 10k less than the used one @ a neighboring Chevrolet. 6 star associate. -2 star manager. I don't typically leave reviews but the manager is sabotaging his associates and wasting their time. I can't believe he looked me in the eye and tried to explain that price of a used LT Tahoe 🤣.
