I bought my 2021 Chevy Spark from this dealership & I was very pleased with my original sales person Hector I never complain but when a person is not a man/women of there word that does not sit well with me very pleased with my original sales person Hector I never complain but when a person is not a man/women of there word that does not sit well with me at all! Hector was a man of his word I was however very displeased with Brad he told me 3 diff times tonight that he could get me the payment range I needed with my very nice trade in on the vehicle I wanted a Toyota chr he assured me that he had trophy’s for a reason he told me and my daughter what payment range he would get me he assured me where my payment would be not once but 3 diff times he knew all my information before hand & even if he didn’t know all the info to me u don’t speak words or make promises u can’t keep!! I hope as a sales person he learns from this because my family has been in the car business my whole life & that’s not good business! This dealership will not be getting my business or my families in the future after tonight’s experience & we all own Chevys. My son is even named Chevy. Dont waste your entire night like I just did to be shown a vehicle that u agree to purchase at a desired payment amount of at the most high 300-400 the salesperson says countless times & u agree to it then to go inside just to be shown a print out of a payment amount ranging from 796-820 what a joke! On a positive note I still love my little Chevy Spark & I’m glad I didn’t do another bad deal with shady people. Fyi the prices on there website are also very unrealistic by $6000-7000 if not even more they add so many things to that price it’s unreal & they are not willing to budge at all to take off of the sticker price, the trade in allowance, the payment amount nothing basically they start out posting lies & fill u full of more once u get there. More
