Please read this! Please hear me!!! Do not go to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet!!! We live two hours away. I called and spoke to a salesman named Johnathan. He verified the Trailblazer I was looking for was in Hendrick Chevrolet!!! We live two hours away. I called and spoke to a salesman named Johnathan. He verified the Trailblazer I was looking for was in stock, He even said the keys were in his pocket. He also verified the price online was accurate. When we arrived, the car was not there. He said it was at a sister lot. What??? He then proceeded to bring his sales manager, Mike, over who shared another customer was interested in the vehicle but we “ could work something out”. What?? He also shared that the vehicle was in Hoover, Alabama. What???? We didn’t talk numbers, but I am sure that they would have been full of lies as well. Learn from me! This was complete dishonesty. So disgraceful. So blatantly disrespectful. We were just trying to buy a graduation gift for our daughter. Shame on them! Go elsewhere. We have so many choices in Atlanta. We are long time Chevy owners. These business practices are so disgraceful and disrespectful to the Chevy name and brand. More
