They sold me a used Chevy Bolt without disclosing it didn’t have level 3 charging capabilities. Then refused to take back less than 48 hours out after I discovered the flaw. Then, they would only et me didn’t have level 3 charging capabilities. Then refused to take back less than 48 hours out after I discovered the flaw. Then, they would only et me trade in at a 7k loss a day after they lied to me and told me they were making only a few hundred dollars off of the car. These people are dishonest. They also tried to trick me into purchasing an overpriced car finder.I do not recommend buying a car from them. More

I was on the phone with my sister while she was at the dealership. The person that she asked for was not at work so they sent another person. This young man was very rude. My sister told him that she wan dealership. The person that she asked for was not at work so they sent another person. This young man was very rude. My sister told him that she wanted to look inside a car so he told her to go ahead and look and come back to see him when she is done and walked inside. My sister went inside and told the front desk that she does not want to deal with him. As she walked back out she ran into young lady name Brenda. Brenda saw that she was upset because my sister said out loud that she was going to another dealership. Brenda calm her down and told her that she would take care of her and not to leave. Brenda was with 2 other customers at the time but still took time out for my sister. Brenda got the manager Rickey Love to help while she was finishing up with her other customers. My sister ended up buying an 2021 Traverse and is VERY, VERY HAPPY!!! She talks about Brenda Bryan and Rickey Love everyday. She said that GOD meant for Brenda to be there.
