Matthew was friendly and knowledgeable about the Traverse we were looking at. My wife decided she wanted a color that wasn't at this dealership, so Matthew made arrangements to have it delivered from the Bu we were looking at. My wife decided she wanted a color that wasn't at this dealership, so Matthew made arrangements to have it delivered from the Buford site while we were going through the purchasing process. I came back to this dealership even though I live in Newnan because of the experience and selection available in 2019 when I purchased my corvette. About the only thing I disagree with is the internet sale where the price is listed but the dealer add on's are not. I believe if you're going to advertise a car for sale, it should be under full disclosure. This is obviously not Matthew's responsibility. Despite this one disagreement, the overall process is smooth and my time isn't wasted. Hendricks will continue to be my first choice in automobile purchasing. More
