Was told by a salesman that i was pre approved i explained to the salesman that I stay over an hour away. I called the salesman all day he never returned my calls. The front desk left the salesman my messages. He then tell the front desk to tell me to come in I come in after a long day of work drove an hour.A sales manager then tell me the banks denied my application after adding my wife onto the application. After telling them we did not want them pulling my wife's credit unless we're definitely approved. Im tired disappointed and frustrated. I will not be coming back to this dealership nor will I refer anyone to this dealership. More
