Worst Customer service after the sale that I have ever had The Sale was great, Troy Smith was great he searched for the car we were looking for and closed the sale, after that the nightmare began, let's just s The Sale was great, Troy Smith was great he searched for the car we were looking for and closed the sale, after that the nightmare began, let's just say I bought the car on June 3, 2020 and as of 8/11/2020, we still have not completed the deal and received my plates after i gave them a pre-approved check for 30,000 and we have had to continuously follow up and they refused to give another temp tag while they were still working, so I had to go the DMV in Ohio and they issued me another Temp Tag because of the problems, first the sent the paperwork to the wrong place 3 times and then I called and gave them the correct address and the list of docs and the basically looked at me like they already knew this, so I wait for them to send the docs again finally to the correct address and the do not send the title application or the application fee and as of today I am still waiting. This was a purchase for an active duty military soldier who we shipped the car to California to his duty station and we still have not finished this deal no in over 3 months, when I talk to people I get nothing but excuses or I never hear the same thing Twice. Before you purchase here do your research and ask questions and document your calls and emails because no one will remember anything you tell them. More
