Upon arriving I was greeted by Mr. Miguel Guerrer Super Bowl Sunday and it was the best purchase I’ve ever made! I’m so glad I came to this location. Upon arriving I was greeted by Mr. Miguel Guerrero who kindly offered to help me find the right vehicle fit for my family and I. He patiently gave me a lot of information on two specific models of which I was very interested and with his car knowledge he helped me narrow down my choices. When I initially reached out to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet, we were on a tight timeline to get a new (used) truck. shout out to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. I called them as a Hail Mary to see if they would be willing to negotiate a truck that was at a different location. They worked with us (Brushawn Fletcher, Ricardo Anthony, and Colton Behrle) around our work schedules and accommodated us throughout the whole process. I can’t thank them enough for working with us on January 12-14th of this year. They were absolutely phenomenal, kind, understanding, and quite thorough when it came to negotiations. We were very reluctant since the process went so fast, but they stayed in touch and provided the second key for the truck that wasn’t available when we left the dealership.
