Over the moon We were introduced to Miguel Guerrero when we walked into the dealership and we told him that we were here to look at the Traverse that they had adver We were introduced to Miguel Guerrero when we walked into the dealership and we told him that we were here to look at the Traverse that they had advertised online for a specific price. Quickly found out that we did not qualify for all the rebates/rewards to get that deal. Even though we couldn’t come to terms on that particular model we did decide to look at a different model. After negotiations that we were happy with we decided to purchase. Miguel kept in communications with us in every step of the way during the delivery of the Traverse (it was at another dealership), initial setup of On-Star, installation of leather seats, and overall satisfaction with our purchase.
