Even with a bankruptcy and a lower credit score, we were able to put money down and drive away that day! We spent all day, the day before, driving to every small and large lot from Norcross to Gainesville. We ironically avoided Rick Hendrick, thinking that the cars were too nice, and that they would not approve us. We found nothing in our price range along with no one that would approve us. We heard horror stories of "Buy Here Pay Here" lots that would sell stolen vehicles and then the owner would have the car taken away, with no payment history or credit benefit. We heard all of the sales pitches. We were told that a credit check is "only a soft pull," which is not true. We were told that because of his credit, no one would approve us and that we should stick with a "Buy Here Pay Here" place. We were told, after driving to several lots, that the cars that we found online, were sold the day before. This seemed more likely to be a swindler's trick than to be truth, at over six locations. We also were denied at several banks and auto loan places. Another issue is that the Credit Karma rating was way off. We had no hope. After the most exhausting day of looking, my mom told me about Rick Hendrick working with bankruptcies. Again, we didn't think that this would be to our benefit, but after working with Julio Morillo, we were approved. His manager, Mike Wolfe, made our day by coming over and shaking our hand with the great news! He was so helpful in making sure that we were approved. The finance manager, Vlad Pirvulescu, was so awesome. He was calming and answered all of my questions and did not rush us! They did everything that they could to help us. We appreciate all of their help so much. Another benefit, this was the only dealership that did not pressure us. We didn't feel uncomfortable there, like we did at every other place. We made a huge mistake, giving our number to the Toyota dealership in Duluth, he text and called several times, not even giving me a chance to get there. Needless to say, we did not go back. At the Toyota dealership in Gainesville, a few years back, we purchased a car at night. I paid $7000 cash. We noticed the next day, in the light, that there was food all over the car, something sticky stuck on the seat, and dirt in every crevice. The Nissan dealership, in Buford, a few years back, really messed us up. For a 2009, with absolutely no features, we were supposed to pay $7000.00. They said that we had to pay taxes of $1200.00 cash. Because we were in a hurry, we didn't realize until the next month, that they added the taxes back on and added more, ending the total at $16,000.00. We were stuck at that point. This was not the situation at Rick Hendrick of Duluth. The process of finding and financing the car was easier than we thought. We gave all of our specifics to Julio and he came back with the perfect fit and worked out the amount that we could afford. He even gave me the name of Kevin, at American Way Insurance, 404-492-5544. Kevin was able to give us a great rate, allowing flexibility in our payment. Overall, this was the best experience. Thank you Rick Hendrick Chevrolet of Duluth. More

David worst salesman ever!!!
