Horrible experience Bad experience from the start. Was told the deal would include new tires and a full 158 point inspection. Had to order the tires so I couldn't take immediate delivery. Was contacted two days later and was informed car was ready for pickup and no additional problems were found during inspection. Drove 2.5 hrs to find a car with old tires ( but they did put tire shine so they looked new!) Then was told they would only replace the rear because the front were fine during inspection. I viewed the tires the first test drive and they were noted to be slick on the inside tread. Very poor 158 point inspection. They agreed (again) to replace all four, which they did and delivered the car to me 2 days later......with a bent front rim!!!! Car rode horrible, they blamed it on the tire, still rode horrible with new tires.......they mounted on a bent rim and didn't balance them. Took it to discount tire to find the off balance and bent rim. How could this not be seen on the 158 point inspection along with new tires? Multiple false stories and misleading dealership! $699 admin fee added on to final price when it clearly states that it is included in advertised price! Dishonesty and untrustworthy is the experience I had.......would not recommend and will never return to this dealership. Had to pay $699 more than anticipated........isnt that false advertising? More

Horrifying! On July 15, 2017, I purchased a new 2017 Chevy Cruze from Rick Hendricks Chevrolet in Duluth, GA for a trade-in of a 2010 Chevy Aveo. I had to cosign On July 15, 2017, I purchased a new 2017 Chevy Cruze from Rick Hendricks Chevrolet in Duluth, GA for a trade-in of a 2010 Chevy Aveo. I had to cosign with my wife and she came in the next day to sign the contract. On July 27, 2017, I received a call at 12:59pm from Tyrell, a Finance Manager. He left a voicemail stating he needed me to come in and sign a new contract because he got our payments “down a little bit” (voicemail has been kept and recorded if needed). I called him back at around 4:50pm and he wanted me to wait so that he could print out the paperwork. I went into Tyrell’s office at 5:20pm. From there, Tyrell tells me that he made a mistake and the bank wanted to increase my payment by $50, but he was able to talk them down to $20 from what I originally signed for. So, with him talking them down to $20, it still meant another $20 would be added to our monthly payment. Remember the part I previously mentioned – Tyrell called me in to say they were going to lower our monthly payment. How is adding another $20 to your monthly payment getting the payments “down a little bit”? Now that I had the truth of why I was lured into the office, I told him that this wasn’t going to happen, so he went and talked with his manager. They told me the reason why it was going up was because the bank had rejected some of the manufacture warranties (due to them expiring). The manager apologized for the mix up and decided that they would eat up the loss and give me the deal I originally had, but still insisted that I sign a new contract. I compared the new contract with the original and saw that it was the same monthly price, but they had left off the GAP, Oil change plan, and Customer care plans that were on the original. They refused to add them back into the new contract so I was forced to turn down the deal and get back the Aveo. How is this eating your loss? You tried to make us sign a new contract and act like we had a good deal, yet you were sneaky and took things off to save your back. I got my Aveo and drove home in complete disgust. I didn’t mind the spot delivery scam or policy that the car dealership has in order to approve the car financially, especially without having the banks approval - I understood that this was part of the deal and was willing to negotiate if needed. The problem I had was the outright lie from the managers of why they needed me to come in. That’s why I recorded the message to show my reasoning for coming back! I was lured back under false pretenses and this was not professional. He could’ve told me up front that there was an issue with the bank. The entire selling process was a complete shamble, not only did this deal fall through, my wife and I were called back numerous times to sign paperwork that they’d forgotten to do (after the initial sale). Each time we went in, we had to wait over an hour for someone to see us for something that took two minutes to do. We could’ve never predicted that this last call would lead to us losing the car. We are in shock that a business is allowed to practice in such an unprofessional manner. It would’ve been beneficial for Rick Hendricks to work out a deal and take accountability for their mistake, but I’ve come to terms with the fact that we will never do business with them again. More

I started out looking for a pre-owned purchase vehicle but couldn't find one that fit me so I switched to a new Chevrolet Silverado and Robert was there to help just as before, I recommend him :-) and Rick Hendrick Chevrolet!!!! Contacted by Internet "Customer Service" Rep and stood up! I had a very bad experience with this dealership. I had contacted the dealership website myatlantachevy.com and I was contacted via email and by text. The person who contacted me was Heather Lewis. I told her I would be in on Saturday or Sunday. Turns out I could not get in on Saturday but I DID contact her and let her know I would not be in. Sunday comes and she sends me a text to ask me when I would be in. I texted her back and let her know I was running late but I would be in. I texted her before I left my home in Decatur so she would know I was coming. I got there and she said that she would be right over. I waited 45 minutes PLUS without a single text, email, NOTHING. I texted and said if I did not hear back in 10 minutes I was leaving. Still NOT response. I finally sent a text and told her I was leaving. I was so irritated. I texted her back and told her I thought iw as totally unacceptable that she would leave me there for 45 minutes with NO status and worse, NO APOLOGY for standing me up! I will NOT ever go back to this dealership. I hate dealing with Car Salesman so the internet thing is best for me...now that seems to be infected by loser salespeople! At least, if they sell you a car with something wrong with it, they will work with you to fix the issue. My husband and I both bought cars here, his used, mine new. I haven't had any issues with my new car, however, a couple days after getting his car, the brakes started squeaking. We're six months in with the car and now having engine problems. The dealership claims a 5 point inspection was done, that's bogus because if that were true then these issues should've been caught and addressed.. We got the additional warranty on the car at the time of purchase but apparently, it covers NOTHING! Not only will they not fix the issue that they should've caught IF they inspected the car prior to us purchasing it but apparently, the "warranty" doesn't cover it either. VLADIMIR in finance explained the purchased coverage at the time of purchase and lied about everything covered. There's no corporate number to call so there's no one to complain to. Everything is in house. This dealership is ridiculous! More
