If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a terrible experience at this dealership. My Financing fell through, however I was told to come in to sign some more financial paperwork just I had a terrible experience at this dealership. My Financing fell through, however I was told to come in to sign some more financial paperwork just to find out that was just to get me in to return the car. I then asked for my trade in back and it was delivered almost a week later, dirty with cigarette paper, trash, and smell throughout! I was told that it would be cleaned when I came to pick it up! VLad, did not try to help he just asked...who said they would clean it! They also lost a ser of my keys, its one thing after another with this company! Even my car salesman quit! RUN FAST FROM THIS PLACE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED More

Incompetent Finance Department On April 5, 2017 I made a trade in for a new vehicle. It is now May 15, 2017 and the paperwork for my vehicle is still not complete. Allen in finance On April 5, 2017 I made a trade in for a new vehicle. It is now May 15, 2017 and the paperwork for my vehicle is still not complete. Allen in finance has requested for me to come back to the dealership several times over the past month to fill out paperwork that was done incorrectly on April 5th. My trade in has yet to be paid off and the bank that I have the loan through has called me several times about the payment. I have called and left messages for Allen and I have yet to receive a response. On May 13th I went to the dealership and waited over 30 minutes to see Allen but was told that he was too busy. Steve the finance director I was told was unable to see me and that there was nothing that he could do. I have contacted the corporate office and have yet to receive a response about this issue. This is the most incompetent finance department that I have done business with and their service to a paying customer is atrocious. I have just received the paperwork to get my tags on Saturday May 13th and my tags expire on May 20th. I just can’t take off at the drop of a dime. That is why they give you 30 days and not a week to get your tags. More

Best car buying experience of my life! Just bought 2017 stingray z51. Had an appointment with Miguel Guerrero. He was expecting me and immediately made me feel welcome and relaxed. I did not know exactly what model I wanted so he found three that were what I told him I was looking for. He let me drive all three and then parked them next to each other at the side of the dealership. He said "take as much time as you need and when you decide come inside and we'll talk".No pressure. It took me several minutes to decide. Due to Miguel's technique I made the decision and am very satisfied with my selection. This is the best managed car dealership I have ever seen. Everyone from the greeters at the door to sales ,parts and service writers(I bought a bra for the car and they put it on for free!) were very knowledgeable and friendly.To a person this is the friendliest and most competent car dealer staff I have ever experienced. This is my 12th new car purchase and 16th overall ( I am 60 years old btw) and nobody else comes close. More
