Before she left today we sat down and talked about lots of things. We ended up talking about how so many people that work in hospital need a new vehicle but really can't afford it. She told me that Rick Hendrick will try their best to get you in a vehicle that you can afford. She was straight up about the vehicles that would fit in my budget along with other co-workers. She broke it down letting me know that if you are on a budget a BMW is not for you. (that was the car that I wanted) She explained about the cost between a Chevy and a BMW when it comes to maintenance and she was right. There was about 6 of us in her room while she was explaining the benefits of a Chevy. She explain the levels and features of the Chevy vehicles. She had us sold by looking at vehicles online. I will be buying a LT Malibu soon as she returns to work, which will be soon. All salespeople should break it down like she does. More

Poor customer service This place is a joke. My fiancé bought a 2013 Sante Fe from then less than a year ago for around 25k. Since then the engine blew up and had to be repl This place is a joke. My fiancé bought a 2013 Sante Fe from then less than a year ago for around 25k. Since then the engine blew up and had to be replaced. There have been some other significant problems as well. After the last problem she went there to find out what kind of value they could give her and she was just gonna get something else. They offered her 10k for the car! Unbeleavable! In less then a year with her putting 20k miles on the vehicle the cars value dropped 15k! Overall a complete disaster and I wouldn't recommend anyone buy a used car from these people. Less then 1 star! More

Great experience!! I had been looking for a truck for several weeks at dealers all over Atlanta area. I am a female looking for a truck and I really think no one thought I was a serious buyer. I talked with other salespeople at other dealers and noone acted like I was an important custoner. Then I called Hendrick Chevy in Duluth, which is about 40 miles from me. I spoke with ROBERT WILLIAMSON who treated me like an old friend. I told him what I was looking for, the truck I saw online was already sold. He immediately asked me to describe exactly what u was looking for and within a few minutes he sent me photos of another truck to look at. It was exactly what I was looking for. I scheduled an appt to drive it and all is history. I was treated with the upmost respect and was so happy to deal with Robert & the staff at Rick Hendrick Chevy. Robert made the purchase very easy. Robert told me he doesn't sell alot of trucks to girls but never tried to sell me something else which I appreciated. I knew what I wanted and he delivered! Poor service Poor attitude This dealership had us in her for 8 hours said we were approved for the vehicle we picked. First the tried to over charge us 4thousands dollars. Here we are on Christmas eve and no vehicle. We spent out time and money for them to our tell us two weeks later that they pay an extra 1700 down on top of what we initially paid. Had someone harrasing us for a loaner and we never seen or test drove ours. So we popped up to the dealership to find out what the problem is and they nowill want to close the deal after it was said it was done. Never again will I entertain this company. The manager had no regard for us. We drover and hour and 29 minutes for nothing. More
