Great experience!! I had been looking for a truck for several weeks at dealers all over Atlanta area. Then I called Hendrick Chevy in Duluth, which is about 40 miles from me. I spoke with ROBERT WILLIAMSON who treated me like an old friend. I told him what I was looking for, the truck I saw online was already sold. He immediately asked me to describe exactly what u was looking for and within a few minutes he sent me photos of another truck to look at. It was exactly what I was looking for. I scheduled an appt to drive it and all is history. I was treated with the upmost respect and was so happy to deal with Robert & the staff at Rick Hendrick Chevy. Robert made the purchase very easy. Robert told me he doesn't sell alot of trucks to girls but never tried to sell me something else which I appreciated. I knew what I wanted and he delivered! Poor service Poor attitude This dealership had us in her for 8 hours said we were approved for the vehicle we picked. First the tried to over charge us 4thousands dollars. Then This dealership had us in her for 8 hours said we were approved for the vehicle we picked. First the tried to over charge us 4thousands dollars. Then tells us it's not ready. Here we are on Christmas eve and no vehicle. We spent out time and money for them to our tell us two weeks later that they pay an extra 1700 down on top of what we initially paid. Had someone harrasing us for a loaner and we never seen or test drove ours. So we popped up to the dealership to find out what the problem is and they nowill want to close the deal after it was said it was done. Never again will I entertain this company. The manager had no regard for us. We drover and hour and 29 minutes for nothing. More
