Rude used car manager My wife and I visited the Duluth Chevy location last Sunday and was really impressed by our sales guy and was interested in a suburban until we met th My wife and I visited the Duluth Chevy location last Sunday and was really impressed by our sales guy and was interested in a suburban until we met the used manager named Blake. He wasn't just rude he also tried to interrogate us for going to another dealership. He was a bully and completely arrogant. It's sad watching a man who obviously lacked professionalism and intellect try to be condescending especially after being treated with such quality support from the sales guy. He also insulted the sales guy after we gave him a compliment. How this guy ever made manager is beyond me. Obviously the ownership is not vetting their management for professional attitude or intelligence. Our sales person felt the used sales manager was so rude that he apologized to us after this guy walked away. He was clearly embarrassed. We wanted to give this guy our business so bad after he was so professional but couldn't after being treated so horribly by this Blake guy. We purchased a suburban premium the next day from another dealership. As long as they employ people like Blake, I would highly avoid doing business with Hendrick. This guy is probably one of the rudest individuals I've ever met purchasing a car. More
