Best experience ever! I called into the dealership earlier in the month and spoke to a gentlemen by the name of jake Gilleland, in regards to a new 2015 corvette. He was extremely respectful and professional throughout the entire call and was very informative regarding the questions that I had. We set up an appointment for me to come in and when I arrived I was turned over the the corvette specialist Chris Lindamood, I have never come across a salesman that new so much about the inventory they specialized in. Chris made the process quick and painless and made sure I knew my new corvette inside in out!! Long story short this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! Thanks guys!! More

Let me first say, I went to 4 other dealerships before I got to this one; I was mortified by all of the other dealerships' customer service and unwill Let me first say, I went to 4 other dealerships before I got to this one; I was mortified by all of the other dealerships' customer service and unwillingness to help me. I can only assume it is because I am a young, college student that was looking for my first car purchase. I was so discouraged and, I'm not going to lie, I only stopped in to Rick Hendrick because it was on my way home. But, I'm glad I did! When I say it was the best experience I have ever received ANYWHERE, I am not exaggerating!! I went looking for a car that was a bit out of my budget. First, when I got there, they didn't treat me like some kid who just wanted to test drive cars for the fun of it. They looked at like a serious car buyer. Renaldo Robinson worked with me for over 4 hours that night. He worked with me to get the prices down for an even better car than I had bargained for. I wanted to get some second opinions from people I know at other dealerships, so they gave me the car to take home for the night. Everyone told me it was a steal and I had to get it! When I went back in, Jonathan Spencer, who I met the night before, greeted me at the door and let me know Renaldo was busy but he could help me if I was in a rush. He helped get the price down another couple hundred dollars and helped me get way more for my trade in than it deserved. Vlad, in financing, explained everything for me about warranties and payments. He was also great! Plus, the after sale service is amazing. Each of them called me the next day to make sure everything was working the way I wanted and to see if I had any questions. Since then I've called them all at least once, frantic because the TAG office was telling me things that we not accurate. Long story short, BUY YOUR CAR FROM THESE GUYS! They are great, especially Jonathan ;) More
