Everyone I came in contact with that evening (I was in and out in 3 hours) - from reception, to Brenda, to finance, even the guys that washed my new car for me - was warm and friendly, and made me feel like I was their priority. I was told what documentation I needed to bring so there would not be any surprises. Our salesman Rodrick Payton was awesome! He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He asked some key questions and he soon realized I was not in the market for a Chevy. He found a Volvo S60 at their sister dealership so we drove over and brought it back and we were able to reach an agreement almost immediately. Everyone we dealt with at this dealership was wonderful, it was the best car buying experience we have ever had! We will definitely be returning for future purchases even though it is 50 miles away from where we live! More
